Key responsibilities:

Campaign monitor: plan and implement digital campaigns across multiple channels to ensure each campaign meets the desired performance metrics.
Landing page testing & optimizing: create testing roadmaps, oversee the design and development of landing pages, manage the testing process and perform data analysis to continuously refine landing pages for a higher conversion rate.
SEO: research and analysis to improve website's ranking on search engines; monitor website’s organic search rankings and ensure the website is optimized to rank highly for target keywords.
Email campaigns: manage and implement marketing automation workflow and email marketing campaigns that focus on building email lists, email template design, and nurturing leads through written communication.
Measurement: configure and set up analytics system (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) for optimization and improvement.
Optimization: optimize marketing activities with an analytical approach, track performance and come up with actionable insights and business recommendations.
Performance insights: provide the editorial and sales teams with insights into what content is performing well across all Forbes Vietnam website/microsite/landing pages.
Cooperation: work with other internal teams to ensure optimized design, content, calls to action and other aspects of online marketing materials.
Report & Analytics: analyze performance results and make recommendations for decisions across spend, targeting, email, creative, landing pages, and beyond.
New channels: Explore new channels to increase Forbes Vietnam’s digital footprint and other desired goals.

Requirements:

3 years of experience working in a digital marketing role, with strong focus on performance.
Experience working with international brands, especially in the expansion phase.
Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills.
Native Vietnamese with fluent spoken and written English.
Strong team player and good communication skills.
